What this platform is
PMAAZ NIL Hub is a free educational resource for Arizona youth athletes, parents, and schools. The site provides general NIL information, glossaries, learning content, and an AI assistant for questions. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Accounts and access
Most pages are publicly readable and do not require an account. Where authentication is offered, sign-in uses email/password or Google through our backend provider. Premium modules (such as the NIL Library) are gated and not yet available to the public.
Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the site: messages you send to the AI assistant (to generate a response), waitlist emails you submit voluntarily, and standard server/request logs. We do not sell personal data.
Security controls
The application is hosted on Lovable Cloud. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Database access is governed by row-level security policies, and administrative keys are kept server-side and never shipped to the browser.
Subprocessors and integrations
We rely on Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, and authentication, and on the Lovable AI Gateway for the chatbot and risk-scanner responses. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features above.
Shared responsibility
PMAAZ NIL Hub is responsible for the application code, content, and configuration. Lovable Cloud is responsible for the underlying platform. You are responsible for keeping your own login credentials safe and for verifying NIL decisions with your school, the AIA, or qualified professionals.
